HHIA Board Meetings: When, Where, What?

The Board of Directors usually meets on the third Monday of each month, except for January and February which are on the fourth Monday, at 7:00 PM, in the Board Room at the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District offices, 15959 East Gale Avenue, City of Industry. Meetings are open to the public.

A typical Board Business Meeting Agenda will include comments on the previous Board meeting minutes, a report from the Treasurer, a law enforcement update, a program presentation, the President’s report on activities and correspondence, public input, reports from the Joint Powers Authorities activities, Board Committee reports, old business and new business.

Annual All-Members Meeting

The Annual Meeting of HHIA for all association members was held on Thursday, January 11, at 7:30 PM, at Palm Elementary School, 14740 E. Palm Avenue, Hacienda Heights. Names of elected Board Members were announced.
