What is the Hacienda Heights Improvement Association (HHIA)?
HHIA is an IRS 501 (c) (4) non-profit association with twelve volunteer members of the Board of Directors. HHIA was formed in 1948 and incorporated in 1955. Mission Statement: “To foster and support those projects of development and activity which will improve the quality of life in Hacienda Heights and make it a better place to live. To establish a community of interest among the residents in order to effect a combined influence on the deliberations of elected officials.”
